This resource explores Olympic and Paralympic mascots, their design and purpose and challenges pupils to design a mascot for ParalympicsGB. The primary and secondary home learning presentations explore the following questions to guide families through the challenge, and will take around an hour to complete.

The Mascot Challenge is now closed for entries and the winners have been revealed. You can check out the winners and top 20 designs here. Finalists designs will be displayed on ParalympicsGB channels and at ParalympicsGB House in the athletes’ village at the Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games, with two overall winners also receiving some signed Team GB or ParalympicsGB kit!
