Our fifth Google Hangout explores sports science questions sent in from schools all over the country! Thanks go to Clare Mount School, Wirral; New Hall School, Chelmsford; Uckfield Community College, Uckfield; Colomore Junior School, Birmingham; and Southcraig Campus, South Ayrshire, who all emailed some excellent questions to ask our exciting guests!
Answering these questions, we had Mark Fosbrock, a super-talented athlete, who has not only recently helped GB men's Wheelchair Basketball team to gold at the European Championships and a qualification place for Rio 2016, but has previously competed in wheelchair rowing and rugby as well! Joining him was John Francis, an important figure in the GB Wheelchair Basketball team, who works behind the scenes to analyse performance and help ensure everyone plays to the best of their ability.
Watch the hangout now to find out more about how ParalympicsGB trains and prepares, what an athlete eats, and how technology is changing sport!
Check out more hangouts for more great interviews with Olympic and Paralympic athletes, Team GB and ParalympicsGB support staff and other exclusive guests!
