Official programme partner
A recent Birds Eye Green Paper Report found that 92% of the children agree that it’s everyone’s responsibility to look after the planet. To help children understand how to play their part in this important work, Green Cuisine has teamed up with Team GB ahead of the Paris 2024 Olympic Games to create Get Set to Go Green.
Created with teachers, Get Set to Go Green’s activities and challenges work to empower curious primary school children aged 7–11 to explore biodiversity and the power of plants to advocate green, healthy habits.
The programme provides short, fun enquiry-based activities to allow children aged 7–11 to:
• understand biodiversity and its importance
• build love and respect for and the knowledge to protect our ecosystems
• advocate for green, healthy habits.
