Are you back from the playground? Have you just had a swimming lesson? Log your activity here to help your team on their journey to Tokyo. You will need to know your school postcode and your team name to log activity.


To log your activity, you need to belong to a team within a school. Enter your school’s postcode and select your school from the list that comes up. If you can’t find your school, visit our FAQs page.

How long did you exercise for? Please select the number of hours and minutes. The maximum number of hours you can select is 3, and the minimum exercise time is 10 minutes. If your exercise time is in between values (e.g. 15 minutes), please choose the lower value (e.g. 10 mins). We trust you.
